The terms that apply to getting your order from our warehouse to your door: dispatch and delivery windows, shipping charges, tracking, customs and what happens when a parcel goes astray.
This policy applies to every order placed on replicakitpro.com and dispatched by us. It covers dispatch and delivery windows, shipping charges, tracking, customs charges and the handling of delayed, lost or damaged parcels.
The practical side of the same process — how long dispatch takes, how long delivery takes and what shipping costs — is set out in plain language on our Shipping & Delivery page. Both documents describe the same operation, and where a figure appears in each it is the same figure.
The two stages stack for custom orders. Print production takes 7–21 business days and delivery then takes a further 7–21 business days, so a custom jersey should be budgeted at 14–42 business days from the day you order. If you are working to a fixed date, ask us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Delivery runs 7–21 business days from the day the parcel is dispatched, not the day you ordered. The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world all sit inside that same window — no destination is quoted a longer one.
Where a parcel lands inside those 7–21 business days depends on the destination country, how long local customs takes to clear it and which carrier operates the route. Two orders dispatched on the same day can therefore arrive a week apart.
Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Nothing on this store creates an obligation to deliver on a specific day, and we do not offer a delivery-by-date service.
Multiple items in one order are consolidated into a single shipment wherever that is possible, so one shipping charge covers the order. If we have to split an order across more than one parcel we do not charge you extra for the split.
Once an order is dispatched you receive a confirmation email containing a tracking reference where the route supports tracking. The first update appears when the carrier scans the parcel into its own network, so a reference can stay quiet for a short period after dispatch.
Tracking is a service provided by the carrier and its accuracy is outside our control. If a reference stops updating while the parcel is still in transit, contact us with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duty, VAT or a customs handling fee charged by your local authority once the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your country, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please check the delivery address before you pay. If an address is wrong or incomplete, message us immediately — where the order has not yet been dispatched we can usually correct it. Once a parcel is in transit the address cannot be changed.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Where a carrier records a delivery but the parcel cannot be found at the address, contact us within 30 days of the delivery scan. We will raise and follow the carrier claim with you rather than leaving you to pursue it alone.
Tracking gaps are normal on international routes — parcels often go quiet between the export scan and the import scan. If a parcel is still inside the 7–21 business day window it is most likely still moving. If it has passed that window, contact us with the order number and we will open a trace.
Photograph the item and the packaging and send us the pictures within 7–21 days from delivery. Once we can see the problem we arrange a replacement or a full refund — including the shipping cost — and you do not pay return postage.
Check with neighbours, any building reception or front desk, and look for a carrier collection card before contacting us. If the parcel still cannot be found, contact us within 30 days of the delivery scan so that the claim can be raised while the carrier record is still open.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our carriers, destinations or applicable law. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
Send us the order number and we will tell you exactly where the parcel is and what happens next.
