What we collect when you shop with us, why we need it, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted. Written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
This policy explains how ReplicaKitPro ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through replicakitpro.com. It applies to this store only.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract (delivering what you ordered), legitimate interests (running and securing the store) or your consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies), which you can withdraw at any time.
We use four kinds of cookie: essential cookies that keep your basket and checkout working; preference cookies that remember settings such as your currency; analytics cookies that show which pages are used; and marketing cookies that measure advertising performance.
You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to the store, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking essential cookies will stop the checkout from working.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require us to hold them. Support conversations are kept only while they are needed to resolve an issue or deal with a follow-up on it. Analytics data is retained only in aggregate. Once information is no longer needed we delete it, or anonymise it so that it no longer identifies you.
To exercise any of these rights, email fanservice2026@outlook.com. We acknowledge privacy requests inside the same 24–48 hour window we use for all customer email, and we will tell you how long the full request will take once we have read it. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting, so that we do not hand your data to somebody else.
We do not sell personal information. If you have received marketing from us and want it to stop, use the unsubscribe link in the email or write to fanservice2026@outlook.com and we will suppress your details from marketing lists while keeping the records we are legally required to hold.
California residents and residents of other jurisdictions with equivalent laws may also request disclosure of the categories of information we collect and the purposes for which it is used, using the same email address.
To change your cookie choices, adjust your browser settings, or use the cookie banner the next time you visit. Clearing cookies removes the preferences you previously set, so you may be asked again.
Our store is aimed at adults and we do not market to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will delete the record.
Our service providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We protect data with encrypted connections, access controls and least-privilege access for staff. No system is perfect, so we also keep an incident process ready if something goes wrong.
If we change how we handle personal information we update this page, and the version published here is the one that applies. Material changes affecting existing customers are also communicated by email.
Email fanservice2026@outlook.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will take it from there. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Ask us for a copy, a correction or a deletion — we acknowledge privacy requests within 24–48 hours and tell you the next step.
