Refund Policy

When a refund is due, how it is calculated and how long it takes. This page covers the whole process, from the reason for the return to the moment the money reaches your account.

01. When you are entitled to a refund

The item is returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached
The item arrived damaged, defective or misprinted
We sent the wrong item, wrong size or wrong colourway
The order was cancelled before dispatch
An item you paid for turned out to be out of stock after your order was accepted

02. When a refund does not apply

Custom printed jerseys with your own name, number or patches — final sale unless faulty
Items returned after the 30-day window without prior written agreement
Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
Items returned without tags or original packaging
Original shipping charges where the return is a change of mind
Import duty, VAT or customs handling fees paid to your own authorities

03. How refunds are calculated

What is refunded depends on why the item is coming back.

04. How long a refund takes

You send the parcel back — Use a tracked service and keep the receipt, so the return can be proven if it goes missing in transit.
We inspect on arrival — Inspection usually takes 3–7 business days from the day the parcel reaches us. We email you the outcome either way.
The refund is issued — Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval.
Your bank posts it — Card issuers take 7–14 business days to show the credit on your statement. That timing is set by your bank, not by us.

05. Late or missing refunds

If your refund has been approved but has still not appeared once the posting window in step four above has passed, contact us with the order number and we will send you the refund reference so it can be traced. If you paid by card, it is also worth checking with your card issuer directly — approved refunds sometimes sit in a holding state for a few working days before they post.

06. Exchanges instead of refunds

If you want a different size we handle it as a return plus a replacement order, so the new size is reserved as soon as your return is approved. If the size you want is unavailable we offer a refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.

07. Sale items and promotions

Discounted items follow the same 30-day window as full-price items. Anything sold as final sale is labelled on the product page and cannot be refunded for a change of mind, though faulty final-sale items are still covered.

08. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Most disputes are a refund that has simply not posted yet, and we can usually resolve it in one email with the refund reference attached.

09. Contact about a refund

Email fanservice2026@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the refund. If the item is faulty, attach a photo — it usually removes the need for any back-and-forth.
